Welcome to HDMediaPlayer. By creating an account, streaming audio elements, or submitting digital
media assets to our repository cluster, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the
following operational platform rules. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the
application immediately.
1. Account Integrity, Access Control, & Security
To access streaming layouts and storefront structures, you must establish an authenticated profile
framework. You are exclusively responsible for:
- Providing an accurate username identity and valid verification email routing.
- Safeguarding all session credentials, passwords, and local access gates.
- All profile data mutations or asset alterations executed under your authenticated credential
flags.
2. General Streaming & Digital Track Purchases
All finalized digital track transactions and stream allocations are processed immediately via our
secure distribution architecture:
- Artist-First Revenue Split: To fight the devaluation of creative art and ensure
a fair ecosystem, 90% of all financial transactions go directly to the artist/creator, while 10%
is allocated to cover processing architecture costs.
- Final Sale Notice: Due to the immediate, digital delivery nature of MP3/WAV
binaries and stream credits, all financial transactions are strictly non-refundable.
3. End-User Music Licensing Rules (Personal Use Only)
When you purchase or stream a track on this platform, you are acquiring a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable personal listening license. This license does not transfer
ownership of underlying copyrights or master properties.
- Permitted Use: Private playback and streaming enjoyment across personal
hardware playback systems.
- Prohibited Use: You are strictly forbidden from reselling raw file binaries,
uploading assets to third-party streaming distribution hubs, or using the files for commercial
sync applications (such as video ads, games, or broadcasts) without executing a direct
commercial contract with the original creator.
4. Artist Asset Upload & Copyright Protection
Users who utilize upload interfaces to offer content on the platform explicitly affirm that they
maintain full authority over those files:
- You guarantee that you own or hold complete publishing rights, master permissions, sample
clearings, and mechanical licenses for all components (including audio tracks, metadata, and
cover art).
- We enforce a zero-tolerance boundary against unauthorized copyright infringement. Any project
configurations flagged for containing un-cleared copyright samples or stolen assets will be
immediately purged from our live directory endpoints without warning.
5. Platform Availability Limits
While we strive for maximum database availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to file
storage systems or streaming networks. We reserve the absolute right to limit system gateways
temporarily to complete backend server updates or application maintenance workflows.
